The police have filed charges against a group of men who marked their friend's birthday by cutting a cake at St Peter's Junction on Saturday night.

Under the guidance of the District Police Chief, the investigation aims to identify and apprehend nearly 20 other individuals involved, with the main suspect, Shiyas, already in custody.
