Security Forces Uncover Maoist Cache in Chhattisgarh's Sukma District
Security forces recovered weapons and explosives from a Maoist dump in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district. The operation was conducted in the forest of the Chintavagu River. Security forces seized weapons, explosive materials, binoculars, syringes, and Maoist-related items, launched following intelligence on Naxalite presence.

In a significant security operation, forces successfully uncovered a Maoist cache in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district on Saturday morning. Weapons and explosive materials were among the items seized.
According to a police official, the joint team of security personnel carried out the operation near Gundrajgudem village under Chintagufa police station limits. The effort involved the Central Reserve Police Force's 131st battalion, CoBRA's 203rd battalion, and local district forces.
The operation was initiated from a newly established camp in Mettaguda, following intelligence about Naxalite presence. During the operation, the team discovered the dump containing two country-made weapons, 50 gm of explosive powder, binoculars, syringes, Maoist uniforms, literature, diaries, and electronic items.
