Manipur's top police official, DGP Rajiv Singh, took decisive steps to strengthen law enforcement in Tengnoupal and Thoubal districts. His visit on Thursday aimed to assess the law and order situation, engage with police officers, and inspire the forces to maintain robust vigilance in these areas.
During his visit, Singh visited Moreh Police Station, where he motivated stationed police and commando personnel, engaging with civil society organizations to seek collaborative efforts. At Tengnoupal police station, he emphasized continued dedication to maintaining public safety and intensifying anti-drug operations.
In addition, Singh met with Assam Rifles officials to discuss district security measures and border fencing issues. In Thoubal, he consulted with senior police officers on law enforcement challenges, active case investigations, and advancing anti-drug campaigns.
