Mizoram Governor Vijay Kumar Singh, on Tuesday, highlighted the importance of progress and innovation during an interaction with officer trainees in Aizawl. The meeting included trainees from the Mizoram Civil Service, Mizoram Information Service, and Mizoram Finance & Accounts Service.

Singh emphasized that the training phase is crucial for learning and personal growth, urging trainees to seek insights freely and improve their understanding. He articulated the necessity of skills in tackling challenges and fostering a solid base for future responsibilities.
