Four individuals allegedly involved in poaching have been apprehended in Madhya Pradesh's Indore district, according to Forest Department officials.

A patrol team, acting on intelligence, secured the forested area of Malendi within the Mhow range on Monday night and detained the suspects, as stated by Divisional Forest Officer Pradeep Mishra.

A sword, a locally manufactured pistol, and five cartridges were seized from the individuals. A case has now been lodged based on provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, with a detailed investigation ongoing.
