The Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken decisive action by securing the immovable property of a terror handler operating from Pakistan. The move follows a court directive linked to a case lodged at Mandi Police Station.
The property comprises 10 kanal and 14 marlas of land in Mandi tehsil, with an estimated worth of Rs 22.05 lakh. Owned by Abdul Aziz, a resident who exfiltrated to Pakistan, the land's attachment underscores his role in activities against Indian security and sovereignty.
Despite concerted efforts by Poonch Police to apprehend Aziz, he remains elusive, culminating in his proclamation as an offender. The police, alongside the Revenue Department, executed the attachment after completing legal formalities.
