Chauhan highlighted the need for an integrated strategic plan, given the growing importance of the Himalayan borders. He noted Uttarakhand's deep cultural and spiritual significance, making it an ideal location for strategic discussions.

Chauhan also stressed the importance of addressing climate change, water security, and military modernization through collaborative efforts, akin to how the Ganga influences national life across India.
