Panama and Costa Rica presidents urge regional meeting over migration crisis

The presidents of Panama and Costa Rica in a joint statement on Friday urged their regional counterparts to convene for discussions on the ongoing migration crisis.

They also said they backed an initiative proposed by the Mexican government for a regional meeting on October 22.
