Biden says he's not concerned tariffs will hurt ties with China's Xi

U.S. President Joe Biden said on Wednesday he was not worried that proposed tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum would hurt his relationship with China's President Xi Jinping.
Asked shortly after announcing the plan if he's concerned the metal tariffs will hurt their relationship, Biden told reporters: "No."
