Ryzhenkov arrived in Pyongyang from Beijing and was met by Vice Foreign Minister Kim Jong Gyu and other North Korean officials, as captured on video by Associated Press Television News.
During his visit, Ryzhenkov is slated to meet North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui and other high-ranking officials. Experts suggest that these meetings will likely focus on bolstering cooperative efforts between North Korea, Belarus, and Russia.
