Slated for September 22 and 23, the Summit aims to create a new international consensus on global cooperation amid today's political and economic challenges.
While in New York, Modi will address an Indian community event and engage in bilateral talks with several world leaders. Though there is no official announcement yet, he may also attend the UN General Assembly. Speculations indicate a possible Quad summit in New York, as India is due to host this year. The Quad's focus remains on ensuring a free and open Indo-Pacific, countering coercive influences in the region.
