Nepal's newly appointed Foreign Minister Arzu Deuba Rana on Sunday embarked on a five-day official visit to India, aimed at fortifying bilateral ties and promoting cooperation. She is scheduled to meet with India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.
The visit, Rana's first official trip abroad since assuming her role, is at Jaishankar's invitation. Discussions will focus on deepening Nepal-India relations and advancing collaborative efforts.
This trip underscores the ongoing high-level exchanges between Nepal and India, aiming to strengthen their multi-faceted bilateral relations. The visit was endorsed by a recent Cabinet meeting led by Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli.
