Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has criticized certain individuals from a political party for making objectionable remarks targeting a specific community. This comes in the wake of BJP MLA Nitesh Rane's controversial statements urging business transactions exclusively with Hindus.
Rane, who previously sparked outrage for his comments against Muslims during protests over remarks by spiritual leader Ramgiri Maharaj, was directly referenced by Pawar during a gathering in Chakan.
Pawar stressed that the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) strongly opposes such divisive language. He further urged the crowd to vote rationally rather than emotionally, promising ethical governance and seeking their support.
