Former U.S. President Donald Trump is scheduled to attend a high-profile meeting of global financiers and technology leaders in Miami, hosted by Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund. The gathering, known as the FII Priority summit, is expected to take place later this month.
Among those attending are TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew, Oracle CEO Safra Catz, and Yasir Al-Rumayaan, governor of the $925 billion Saudi sovereign wealth fund, according to the event's website. However, Trump's name does not appear on the official list of participants.
The event follows previous tensions between Trump and Saudi Arabia regarding plans to rebuild Gaza. Nevertheless, Trump's participation could signal a shift in his international relations strategy amid ongoing global economic discussions.
