Decisive Strikes: India Targets Terror Havens

Prime Minister Narendra Modi briefed President Droupadi Murmu on precision military strikes targeting terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and PoK under 'Operation Sindoor'. The strikes targeted nine sites associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed, following a deadly terror attack in Pahalgam which killed 26 civilians.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan after a series of military strikes were carried out on terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and PoK.

The operation, known as 'Operation Sindoor', targeted nine strategic sites linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. These sites include headquarters and training centers from where attacks on India had been orchestrated.

These strikes were a response to the Pahalgam terror attack two weeks ago, which resulted in the deaths of 26 civilians, including one Nepali citizen. Prime Minister Modi briefed President Murmu on the details of the operation.
