Telangana's Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy vowed to use his political power exclusively for the welfare of the people, dismissing suggestions of personal vendettas. Speaking at the release of poet Ande Sri's book 'Hasita Bhashpalu', Reddy reiterated his focus on benefiting citizens over settling old scores.
Reddy remarked on his political journey, which saw him serve in various roles for 17 years before becoming Chief Minister. He criticized those who claim to be agitationists while accumulating wealth, implying a contrast with historical figures like Che Guevara who sacrificed for their causes.
Reddy reaffirmed his commitment to economic growth, projecting Telangana as a USD one trillion economy by 2035 and a USD three trillion marker by 2047. He emphasized accessibility as a hallmark of his leadership, ensuring anyone can meet the Chief Minister today, unlike prior regimes.
