India is witnessing a significant decline in Left Wing Extremism, according to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. He credited the steadfast dedication of police and security forces for this achievement, stating it's transforming once-affected regions into educational and developmental hubs.

During the Police Commemoration Day, Singh highlighted the transformation of 'Naxal hubs' into centers of learning, emphasizing the government's commitment to eradicating the menace by March 2026. He described the cohesive efforts of police, CRPF, BSF, and local administration as integral to this positive change.

Singh also addressed the modernization of police forces, stressing the importance of resource optimization through inter-agency coordination. As he commemorated the fallen CRPF personnel, Singh reflected on today's challenges, not just combating crime but also addressing public perception.
