Khera argued that under the current government, challenges like unemployment, inflation, and illicit drug trade have intensified, affecting communities indiscriminately.

Khera did not hold back, alleging a deliberate conspiracy by the ruling party to detract attention from significant issues through diversionary tactics. He pointed out the rampant issues of drug and alcohol trade in Gujarat, where prohibition is in place, as tools to distract the public from core issues like youth unemployment and farmers' distress.
