Hindus Unite: Shourya Yatra's Call for Unity in West Bengal

In a display of solidarity, Senior BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari and several party leaders spearheaded a procession termed 'Shourya Yatra' in Kolkata. The march, signifying Hindu unity, began at Swami Vivekananda's ancestral home and concluded at Shyambazar, encompassing 1.7 km.
Organized by the non-political religious group 'Singha Bahini', the procession occurred on December 6, aligning with the Babri Masjid demolition anniversary in Ayodhya. The event witnessed participation from the Matua community and backward castes, with attendees brandishing tridents and chanting for Hindu unity.
Adhikari emphasized the need for Hindus to unite against the Trinamool Congress, citing concerns over demographic shifts in West Bengal. He also paid tribute to karsevaks of the Ram temple movement, asserting a vision for a Ram rajya.
