The Rajasthan Congress staged a protest march on Wednesday, calling attention to the alleged misuse of central agencies by the Modi government. The demonstrators, led by prominent party figures, moved towards the BJP state headquarters in a display of political dissent.
Amid heavy security arrangements, Congress workers fervently participated in the march. PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasra was notably carried on the shoulders of party loyalists, while MLA Manish Yadav made a bold attempt to breach police barricades, although he was stopped in his tracks.
Leader of the Opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly, Tikaram Jully, fiercely criticized the BJP, accusing them of hypocrisy over corruption accusations and demanding explanations for alleged voter data discrepancies. He also reaffirmed Congress's stance on the National Herald case, as Dotasra condemned the prolonged interrogation of Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.
