According to Manmohan Samal, the recently elected BJP chief and Rajya Sabha member from Odisha, the focus is predominantly on Odia-speaking regions. The state unit has meticulously prepared a campaign roadmap, targeting six key southern districts to bolster their presence.

Key BJP figures including MLAs, MPs, and ministers are actively engaging in the campaign, with Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi championing the 'double-engine' government concept while addressing rallies.
