International Outcry: A United Stand Against E1 Settlement
Foreign ministers from several countries have condemned Israel's E1 settlement plan in the occupied West Bank, urging immediate action to halt the controversial project. They argued that such settlement activities escalate tensions and alter the region's geographic and demographic landscape.
Foreign ministers from Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates have issued a strong condemnation of Israel's settlement policies in Palestinian territories.
The group specifically targeted the 'E1' residential project in the occupied West Bank, rejecting it unequivocally.
In a joint statement, they called for immediate action to halt the E1 settlement plan, rescind related measures, and cease all settlement activities altering the geographic and demographic character of the occupied region, describing it as a 'dangerous escalation.'
