Flood water levels of the Red River in Hanoi are forecast to be little changed until at least early Friday, the government's weather agency reported on Thursday. Several parts of the city will remain inundated.
Vietnam has suffered severe floods and landslides triggered by Typhoon Yagi, which struck on Saturday. The disaster has resulted in at least 181 fatalities and 141 individuals reported missing, according to the government's disaster management agency.
