The Indian women's cricket team reached Sri Lanka on Tuesday for the much-anticipated Asia Cup T20 set to kick off in Dambulla on July 19.
Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) posted arrival photos of both the Indian and Bangladeshi squads on their social media platforms, generating significant excitement among cricket fans.
On the opening day, India will clash with arch-rivals Pakistan, a match eagerly anticipated by millions. Another match on the same day will see UAE facing Nepal. Group B includes hosts Sri Lanka, along with Malaysia, Thailand, and Bangladesh.
The tournament will act as a crucial preparatory event for the World Cup in Bangladesh, scheduled for October.
