Parth Goswami's unbeaten century guided Bundelkhand Bulls to a six-wicket win over Bhopal Leopards in MPL T20 Scindia Cup 2026. In another match, Chambal Ghariyals edged Ujjain Falcons by seven runs, despite late heroics by Falcons. Both matches highlighted outstanding individual performances under pressure.
An outstanding undefeated century from Parth Goswami guided the Bundelkhand Bulls to a six-wicket triumph over the Bhopal Leopards at the Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) T20 Scindia Cup 2026, held at the Daly College Ground in Indore on Monday. The Leopards, batting first, set a challenging total of 197/3 in their allotted 20 overs, initiated by a partnership between Himanshu Shinde and captain Aniket Verma following early blows.
Shinde persevered with an unbeaten 57 off 37 balls, while Verma showcased a remarkable return to form by smashing an aggressive 85 not out off 39 deliveries. His innings featured five fours and nine sixes, propelling the Leopards from a precarious 62/3 in the 11th over to a formidable total.
Despite an early loss, the Bulls bounced back as Harsh Gawali scored a vital 37 off 31 balls. However, it was Parth Goswami's incredible innings that stole the spotlight, as he tallied an unbeaten 101 off 53 balls, hitting nine fours and six sixes with a strike rate over 190. Supported by Bhumesh Muzalda's vigorous 29 off 13 balls, the duo ensured the Bulls reached the target at 201/4 in just 18.5 overs.
In another thrilling fixture, the Chambal Ghariyals narrowly defeated the Ujjain Falcons by seven runs in a high-scoring affair at the Holkar Stadium, Indore. The Ghariyals posted 199/7, with captain Shubham Sharma leading with a half-century and performance cameos from Tripuresh Singh, Rohit Gupta, and Aman Bhadoriya.
Chambal tackled early setbacks as Ankush Singh fell for 2, but crucial partnerships, especially the 55-run stand between wicketkeeper Apurve Dwivedi and Sharma, provided stability. Sharma's steady 57, partnered with Singh's brisk 30, set a solid base, while Gupta and Bhadoriya's late blitz ensured the big total. Madhav Tiwari shone for the Falcons with figures of 2/24.
The Falcons faced immediate trouble as captain Chanchal Rathore fell for a duck in their chase. Attempts by Yash Dubey and Soham Patwardhan to rebuild were thwarted, as frequent wickets hindered their progress, with the score at 158/8 in the 17th over. Despite a tense ending, needing 10 from two balls, Akshay Singh maintained composure to secure a win for Chambal Ghariyals.
