China calls for expanding cooperation with Mexico in finance, EVs -Chinese state media

China is keen to expand cooperation with Mexico in finance, electric vehicles and other emerging industries, Chinese state media cited President Xi Jinping saying after a meeting with Mexico President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
Xi said both sides should make good use of inter-governmental cooperation mechanisms and deepen cooperation in traditional areas such as infrastructure construction.
Both leaders met on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco.
