Chief Minister Inaugurates Sant Shri Dularam Kularia PHC in Bikaner

The Chief Minister of Rajasthan inaugurated the Sant Shri Dularam Kularia Primary Healthcare Center in Moolwas village, Bikaner, established by Narsi Kularia and Jagdish Kularia. The PHC aims to improve healthcare for Seelwa and nearby villages with high-tech facilities and sustainability initiatives.

On July 28, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Bhajan Lal Sharma, inaugurated the Sant Shri Dularam Kularia Primary Healthcare Center (PHC) in Moolwas village, Nokha block, Bikaner. The PHC, established by Narsi Kularia and Jagdish Kularia, serves as a tribute to their late father and grandfather, Sant Shri Dularam Kularia, and aims to revolutionize healthcare in Seelwa and nearby villages.

The inauguration was attended by prominent figures, including Union Law Minister Arjun Meghwal, Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, State Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar, and Food Supply Minister Sumit Godara. The dignitaries praised Narsi and Jagdish Kularia for their philanthropic efforts. Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, speaking in Marwari, commended the Kularias for their dedication to community welfare, noting their involvement in other major projects like the New Parliament Building and Bharat Mandapam.

The PHC, built at a cost of 15 crores, features advanced medical facilities, including an operation theatre, X-ray machine, CBC facilities, a 24-hour pharmacy, and a 22-bed capacity. Additionally, a 50,000-liter rainwater harvesting system has been installed to ensure sustainable water use. The PHC stands as a beacon of accessible healthcare and environmental responsibility, committed to serving the Seelwa community and beyond.
