India's smartphone export sector has witnessed an impressive 43.7% growth, reaching $18.8 billion during the April-November timeframe, according to recent data from the commerce ministry.
The increase signifies a substantial rise from the $13.08 billion in the previous fiscal year and $9.07 billion two years ago. The United States remains the primary destination for these exports, closely followed by the UAE, China, Portugal, and Spain, highlighting a diverse global market for Indian technology products.
Further, Indian smartphones are breaking into emerging markets like Slovakia, Israel, Latvia, Vietnam, and South Korea, reflecting the industry's expanding international presence.
