CM Yogi Hails Union Budget 2024-25 as Inclusive and Development-Oriented

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lauded Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's Union Budget 2024-25 for its inclusive and development-focused approach. He highlighted significant allocations for farmers and women's empowerment, new tax slabs, and initiatives for agriculture R&D and digital infrastructure, stressing its benefits for Uttar Pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has praised the Union Budget 2024-25 as a comprehensive plan aiming at inclusive growth and fulfilling the aspirations of 140 crores Indians. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget, which includes significant allocations for farmers and women's empowerment.

Additionally, CM Adityanath expressed confidence in the positive impact of new tax slabs on the state's economy. Labeling the budget as a roadmap to a 'Developed India-Self-reliant India,' he highlighted its focus on holistic societal development and freeing the deprived from deprivation.

Finance Minister Sitharaman announced a three-year plan to develop digital public infrastructure for agriculture, emphasizing research and development initiatives to achieve self-reliance in oilseed production. Significant steps towards the growth of the cooperative sector and the rural economy were also detailed, including a new national cooperation policy.
