Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to be greeted warmly by the Bharatiya Janata Party's Assam Pradesh during his visit on February 24. BJP Assam Pradesh President, Dilip Saikia, confirmed the welcome, and Spokesperson Subhash Dutta announced a significant cultural event, "Jhumuir Binondini," will unfold in PM Modi's presence at Sarusajai Stadium.

The event will feature 8,000 artists performing Jhumur dance, showcasing Assam's tea community's cultural richness. "The rigorous practice by the youth aims to shine a global spotlight on their heritage," stated the Assam BJP. The presence of PM Modi will amplify the artists' morale and public enthusiasm, the statement noted.

The Assam government is on the brink of unveiling a transformative investment summit, "Advantage Assam 2.0," with preparations at a fever pitch. Targeting industrial growth and employment, the summit aspires to attract a staggering Rs 3 lakh crore in investments, promising a profound impact on Assam's economy.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has spearheaded the initiative, promoting Assam internationally. His recent roadshow in Singapore engaged over a hundred industry leaders, signaling Assam's potential in various tech and infrastructure sectors. PM Modi's inauguration of the summit on February 25 at Khanapara will mark a pivotal moment for Assam's economic prospects.
