As Kerala's election results are eagerly anticipated, the BJP, led by state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar, has decided to withhold formal commentary until the outcomes are announced. Speaking to ANI, Chandrasekhar expressed confidence that voters will repudiate the opposition's 'divisive and corrupt politics.' The BJP leader took a swipe at the CPM and Congress, labeling their approach as arrogant.

Chandrasekhar remarked, "In a democracy, the fate of political parties is determined by the people, not by the parties themselves." He accused the opposition of undue presumption, asserting that Kerala's electorate is poised to reject the INDI alliance for its alleged divisiveness and corruption, favoring a more transparent governance model.

The United Democratic Front (UDF) shows a commanding lead in 52 seats, with Congress heading in 49 of these. In Malappuram, UDF's stronghold, trends show an early edge, although the Left Democratic Front (LDF) remains competitive in certain areas. Key districts like Kondotty, Eranad, and Nilambur reveal narrow leads for UDF candidates, setting the stage for a tightly contested political battle.
