The city's military administration highlighted that the strikes hit six locations, causing significant disruption in the capital with a population of three million.

Kyiv's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, reported that one of the strikes triggered a fire at a high-rise apartment building located west of the city center. Another blaze broke out in a central district but was swiftly contained. Meanwhile, a fire also erupted in an apartment building on the east bank of the Dnipro River, although details remain scarce.
