In a report by Iranian state media, Press TV claims to have acquired a draft resolution by the United States intended for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) meeting in June 2026. The document purportedly condemns Iran's nuclear program sharply, while neglecting mentions of US-Israeli offensives on Iranian soil and its nuclear sites over the last year.

According to the obtained draft, Iran is accused of violating its Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) safeguards obligations, advocating for increased access and threatening a potential United Nations Security Council referral. The draft expresses concern over Iran's failure to provide pertinent information and access to undeclared nuclear activities.

The resolution reiterates findings from a June 2025 board meeting, which determined Iran was in non-compliance with its safeguards. Allegations state Iran has not allowed the agency to verify critical nuclear materials for over a year. Meanwhile, Tehran's activities remain under intense scrutiny amidst what it perceives as politically charged pressure from the West.
