A 50-year-old lawyer who represents right-wing Hindu organisations was on Saturday allegedly threatened by two unidentified men here, police said.
Two men stopped him while he was on his way to the High Court and warned that the last year's brutal murder of a tailor in Udaipur would be replicated, the lawyer claimed.
Kanhaiyalal, an Udaipur resident, had been murdered over a controversial social media post in June 2022.
A First Information Report was registered at Central Kotwali police station and further probe is on, said sub-inspector Rameshchandra Moniya.
