Death Threat Posters Target BJP MLA Ketki Singh and Others

Posters containing death threats to BJP MLA Ketki Singh, along with Bhanu Dubey and Shubham Dubey, were found in Bansdih. The police have filed an FIR and initiated an investigation. Posters threatening the lives of BJP MLA Ketki Singh and two others were discovered in the Sukhpura Police Station area of Bansdih, officials reported on Wednesday.

The police have registered an FIR and commenced an investigation into the matter;

'Villagers noticed the posters this morning, which included threats to BJP MLA Ketki Singh, along with Bhanu Dubey and Shubham Dubey, indicating they would be murdered in 2024 similar to a recent murder in Bansdih,' stated Station House Officer Yogendra Singh.

The apparent reference was to the murder of Rohit Pandey last month near the Bansdih Police Station. BJP MLA Ketki Singh informed the media that she had alerted the police about the threats while expressing disbelief that such an act could occur under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's administration.
