Former Congress Legislator Nadeem Javed Faces Legal Action for Alleged Assault and Robbery

Police on Saturday announced that a case has been registered against former Congress legislator Nadeem Javed and his associates. This follows a complaint by Khurshid Anwar, who alleged that a group of individuals assaulted him and snatched his phone under Javed's orders.
The action followed directives from the Superintendent of Police after Anwar, an associate of Javed, reported the incident. Station House Officer of City Kotwali police station, Mithilesh Mishra, stated that Anwar claimed he was attacked by five individuals on two motorcycles near Shakar Mandi on the night of September 12th.
The attackers, identified by Anwar as including Deepak Jaiswal, allegedly beat him while issuing threats about speaking against Javed. The complaint indicated that the attackers had asserted they were sent by the former MLA. Consequently, a case has been registered against Javed, Deepak Jaiswal, and four unknown individuals under sections of robbery and other charges, according to police sources.
