Henry Tiphagne, the lawyer representing the case, informed the press that Madurai 4th Additional Sessions Judge John Sunderlal Suresh has been tasked with probing the incident. This development follows allegations of severe mistreatment, which included filling Ajithkumar's eyes and mouth with chili powder.
