State-affiliated Al Qahera News TV reported two trucks carrying diesel, alongside U.N.-coordinated tanker shipments aimed at sustaining hospitals and essential services.

However, rampant looting and inadequate aid stress the precarious living conditions of Gaza's 2.2 million displaced residents amid knee-deep rubble and embattled infrastructure.
