Speaking in Colombo, Justice Kant highlighted the importance of evolving legal systems to uphold human rights effectively.

Delivering the inaugural BASL Human Rights Oration, Kant underlined India's experience with legal aid as a crucial mechanism ensuring justice reaches marginalized communities. He remarked on the judiciary's role in expanding constitutional guarantees, turning promises into tangible rights for all citizens.
