Probe Intensifies on Controversial Godman Ashok Kharat Accusations

In an unfolding investigation, a Special Investigation Team has detained the son of accused godman Ashok Kharat in Nashik city as part of an ongoing probe into multiple allegations against him.

Facing at least 10 FIRs for alleged sexual assaults and cheating, Kharat is the focus of over 100 complaints received by authorities. His wife, implicated in a land fraud case, remains at large.

Efforts are underway to gather more evidence as police in Shirdi arrest two individuals linked to the land scam involving over Rs 4 crore. Kharat's influence and connections continue to be scrutinized as the legal probe intensifies.
