Blinken: U.S. does not encourage Ukrainian strikes on Russia with U.S. weapons

The United States does not encourage Ukraine to strike targets inside Russia with U.S.-supplied weapons but believes it is a decision Kyiv should make for itself, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday.
He was speaking at a press conference in Kyiv after weeks of regular missile and drone strikes across Russia that Ukraine has not officially confirmed.
