The Federal Bureau of Investigation is currently examining an assassination attempt on former U.S. President Donald Trump, which took place during a rally in Pennsylvania this Saturday, according to authorities.
Kevin Rojek, the special agent overseeing the FBI's Pittsburgh field office, stated in a press conference that the FBI has not yet identified the shooter involved in the crime, nor have they determined a motive for the attack that tragically led to one death and two injuries.
"This evening, we experienced what we are referring to as an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. The crime scene remains active," Rojek commented. However, he reassured that there is no ongoing threat following the shooting.
