The uproar led Speaker Rabindra Nath Mahto to adjourn the proceedings till Thursday, while protests continued in the well of the house.

During the Question Hour, BJP chief whip Biranchi Narayan pressed Soren for details on his promise of five lakh jobs for youths. Despite assurances from Soren, BJP members staged sit-ins, leading to repeated adjournments. The assembly faces crucial decisions ahead of the upcoming elections.
