RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Monday launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led NDA government in Bihar, presenting his vision for the state's future. In a fiery speech, Yadav criticized the current administration as outdated and inept, accusing them of inflating growth figures.
Highlighting the state's increasing financial burden, Yadav claimed that Bihar is now paying Rs 56 crore daily in interest payments. He argued that despite claims of unprecedented growth, the state has not progressed significantly since the RJD's tenure.
The opposition leader called on the BJP to run alone in upcoming elections, without Nitish Kumar's JD(U). He also castigated cultural insensitivity by BJP leaders, asserting respect for Bihar's traditional arts. Yadav's statements signal a fierce political battle in the lead-up to the next elections.
