The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has denounced the Congress party for engaging in what it terms 'politics of allegations,' emphasizing that repeated claims of voter disenfranchisement lack substantiation. On Thursday, BJP leader Anurag Thakur criticized Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of habitually making false accusations without evidence.

Anurag Thakur stated that under Rahul Gandhi's leadership, the Congress party has seen numerous electoral defeats, fueling his frustration. Thakur claims that Gandhi's pattern involves making baseless allegations and apologizing only after judicial backlash. He refers to Gandhi's statements as figurative 'firecrackers' rather than impactful 'hydrogen bombs' he boasts of.

In response to the recent allegations by Gandhi regarding vote fraud and involvement of the Election Commission of India (ECI), the ECI dismissed them as 'baseless and incorrect'. The ECI reiterated that voter deletions are not executable online by the public, challenging Gandhi's purported inside information from the commission.
