BJP Counters Rahul Gandhi's 'Vote Chori' Allegations

On Thursday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staunchly opposed Rahul Gandhi's allegations against constitutional bodies, stressing that the Election Commission dismissed his vote theft claims as baseless.

Former Union minister Anurag Thakur took a jab at Gandhi, stating that his agenda seemingly supports illegal infiltrators over the welfare of SCs, STs, and OBCs. Thakur challenged Gandhi to pursue legal action if his accusations held merit.

Gandhi accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of shielding 'vote thieves' and leveraged Karnataka constituency data to bolster his claims of Congress supporter disenfranchisement. The Election Commission firmly refuted these claims, emphasizing that no vote deletion occurs without due process.
