Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Misa Bharti launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, describing his leadership as a misfortune for the country. Bharti criticized Modi for his contentious remarks, contrasting them with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's focus on employment and industrial development.

Bharti also took aim at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing them of only being interested in Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's vote bank while dismissing his absence from a Patna rally led by Modi. "The BJP has rolled the dice, showing they only need Kumar's votes, not his presence," she claimed.

In a shift of focus, Bharti congratulated the Indian Women's Cricket Team for their groundbreaking victory in the 2025 World Cup against South Africa. She called for more recognition for the Women's team, historically overshadowed by their male counterparts. Amid political rallies, the Bihar Assembly polling is scheduled for November, with votes to be counted on November 14.
