In a significant development amid escalating political tensions, Ukrainian anti-corruption agencies raided the home of Andriy Yermak, a key figure in President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's administration, on Friday. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sanctioned the search as part of an ongoing but unspecified investigation. Earlier, they had launched an extensive probe into a $100 million kickback scheme involving former state atomic energy company officials, a matter that previously embroiled Yermak.
