Congress Rajya Sabha member Digvijaya Singh has sounded the alarm on alleged voter fraud in the Narela Assembly constituency of Bhopal. On Saturday, Singh claimed that 29 unrelated voters were fraudulently registered at a single address.
After visiting polling booth 189 in Pushpa Nagar, Narela, Singh discovered that while only one person lived in house number 70, the electoral roll listed 30 residents. This address also serves as the Madhya Pradesh Shikshak Sangh office.
Singh criticized the legitimacy of the voter registration process, pointing to the association of the address with the RSS, and questioned who should be held accountable for such discrepancies. The situation raises significant concerns about the integrity of the electoral process.
