In the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) polls, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is currently leading the race with a significant edge on 84 seats, according to ongoing election results.
Meanwhile, the Indian National Congress trails behind with leads on 41 seats, as officials count votes cast on Thursday.
Furthermore, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has carved out a competitive presence, with four candidates leading in Nagpur's Asinagar zone.
